Core to Community is an independent alumni networking group for Apple alumni in Miami. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you sign up to get notified or join our list, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and any message you include, through our sign-up form.
- When our member directory opens, businesses that choose to list themselves submit their own business details, which we publish so other members can find them.
- We use Google Analytics (GA4), set up through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this site—pages viewed, general location, and device type. This uses cookies.
How we use it
- To send you updates about upcoming gatherings and Core to Community news.
- To publish your business in the member directory, if and when you choose to list one.
- To respond if you reach out to us.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond running Core to Community.
Who we share it with
Sign-up information is stored with HubSpot, the email and CRM service we use to send updates. Site usage data goes to Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager. We don't share your information with anyone else, except as needed to operate these services.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send, or by contacting us directly. If you've listed a business in the directory, contact us to update or remove it.
Children's privacy
Core to Community is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
